Web Forms are on-line game reports that can be
submitted via the web. They require a UserID and password. Not all reports are
listed here because they are now located on the Official's Profile page. If you need to
submit multiple reports, use the LOGIN option to access these forms via your
Official's Profile screen which only
requires officials to key their UserID/Password once.
Need to update your registration information or
register for a different sport? Go to your Official's Profile to
update your current registration or click on REGISTER to submit a brand new registration.
