Topic: Login Process

The login option allows officials and organizations to access the secured data for the specific user. This is the entry point where officials can now access all forms, rating sheets, and sportsmanship forms. The system will now track and maintain the login information while the official is actively logged into the website. The website now only requires one login to access all key forms. All information is required and the USER ID and PASSWORD information is case-sensitive.

Topic: Official's Profile Menu

Selection of the ACCESS TYPE - OFFICIAL - causes the user to have access to their personal profile as stored in the Bill Freeman system. The name of the official and the posting date of the information is seen at the top. In addition, the profile screen has several menu options at the top of it that allows each official to access the various schedules and forms related to them. Assignments -- Display the current official's game assignments Ratings/Sportsmanship -- Displays the listing of all open rating and sportsmanship forms Playoff Notifications -- Displays a pop-up page of links to documentation regarding playoff games. Links displayed are based on what sport an official is registered to officiate Incident Report -- Standard web form except the UserID/Password is automatically pre-filled Ejection Report -- Standard web form except the UserID/Password is automatically pre-filled Facility Report -- To access the Facility Link you must click on the Ratings/Sportsmanship link. Only Varsity High School games and head officials will see this link. Just click on any of the links to access the menu option.

Topic: Official's Profile Features

The Official's Profile page allows officials to update their personal contact information as well as their availability dates. The system displays the current information as of the posting date (displayed at the top next to the official's UserID). Clicking on each button will provide an on-line form that will allow the official to enter the new information and submit it to Bill Freeman's office. The Availability form will check to see if an official is requesting to change a date that has already been scheduled with the official. The official will have the opportunity to confirm the request or correct the possible error.

Topic: Browser Issues

The website has been designed for Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. IE 5.0 supports the JavaScript code used in this website (if activated within the browser). Older Netscape browsers and other browser-types may not work properly. If an error occurs, use the website's SITEMAP which provides access to all necessary links on this website.   If your browser does not seem to display information properly, make sure the resolution is set to 800 X 600 or higher. Lower resolutions may cause the page to display strangely.
